Guys,
If we need to activate a customer’s Fed Ex account so they can actually ship please use these instruction’s below.
- Make sure you have the customer’s account number, meter number, key and key password.
- Call Fed Ex web services at 1877 339 2774 option 2 then option 3
- Tell the agent you want to get Fed Ex LTL BOL printing approved for one of our customer. Not express or ground shipping label certification. Just LTL BOL printing. We are a TMS and this customer uses our TMS.
- Tell the agent that we have done this for about 15 of our customers over the last 2 months and the agents always have a hard time doing this because it seems to be a new process. Then tell them if they look at cases 43204908 or case 43203647 , use those instruction they did because those worked for what we need.
