You can add your negotiated rates from your International Ocean Carrier or Freight Forwarders so you can easily see their rates whiles getting quotes and be able to process shipments with them, schedule pickups and even have the tracking updates appear directly in FreightPOP.

1. Go to settings and select “Carrier Management”.

2. On Carrier Selection, click “International Air/Ocean”.

*Note* If you don't see your carrier in the list, select "User Defined Carrier". 

            Enter your carrier or freight forwarder’s name, then choose the International Ocean Freight as the carrier type.

Uploading Carrier Rates- If you do not have rates provided you can skip this step.

1. When you are in your carrier settings, Select “Download International Ocean Freight Template” on bottom right.

2. Populate the rates into the template provided.

*Note* that our system will only provide rates for shipments that have a matching origin city and country with a destination city and country based on your upload.

3. Save updated rate sheet to a local folder in your computer

4. Click “Choose File” to browse for the file upload.

5. Click "Save".
