How to get Quotes

1. Go to the Quote module. Fill out “SHIP FROM” address, “SHIP TO” address, and “SHIPMENT DETAILS”. *

2. Click “GET RATES”.

*Below is a detailed explanation of each important field in the Quote Window.

 SHIP TO ADDRESS: There are a few ways to populate this field. 1) If you have integration with your ERP/Accounting System, WMS or other order system, this can be imported upon entering an order number. 2) You can search our address field using our connection to Google Maps. 3) You can click on the “Form” icon to the right of the address search field and populate each field at a time. 4) You can use the “Address Book” icon and select an address from your address book. You do not need a full address to get a rate quote. You will only need a city, state, zip code and country code. And with FreightPOP’s technology in the address fields, you only need to type in the zip code. FreightPOP will auto-populate the city, state and country based on the zip code you entered.

SHIPMENT DETAILS: Enter in Qty, Type of packaging , DIMs and weight. 

*Note* DIMs are required for Freight Class.
