How to add default BOL special instruction notes

1. Go to Settings> Company>  Documents and Labels and click Add Default Notes.

2. Click Add New and enter in the Note Name, and Note Details. You can select to have these instructions default by carrier type (LTL carriers, Truckload carriers), or by a specific carrier.
