Under Settings, click on Carrier Management
Locate your carrier that you would like to upload PROs to and click Edit.
Click on the link at the bottom of the carrier window stating, “Does this carrier provide you a list of pre-assigned PROs/Waybill numbers to use?” You will need the list or range of PROs and the carrier SCAC (Standard Carrier Alpha Code).
Note: PRO numbers range from 7-10 digits long. Some carriers require an additional check digit to be added to their PRO sequence. The check digit logic is specific to the carrier and can be obtained from your account manager or carrier customer service representative. The SCAC code can be obtained from the carrier’s website, your account manager, or via Google search.
Click on Upload List and download the PRO List Upload Template.
Upload your PROs to the template and save it to your desktop.
Note: Please refrain from modifying the template. Any additional columns, rows or headers may cause an error when trying to upload the PROs.
Upload your template by clicking Choose File and selecting the file in your desktop. Once your PROs have been uploaded click Save.
Your PROs are now uploaded. Each time you ship with this carrier, a PRO from the assigned list will be applied to the BOL and tagged to the shipment.
