Broker Portal- Processing shipments for your customers

As a broker you can process shipments on behalf of your customer within your broker portal.

Start by going to the Quote/Ship page and select the customer you are processing the shipment for from the top left drop-down.

Then after you enter in the shipment details you can either rate shop or select the carrier and service directly.

After you select the service you would like to use you will see the Shipment Sales (Customer’s rate with markup), your rate, and the gross profit on the next page.

Click Ship It to process the shipment and receive shipping documents.

You customer would be able to see the shipmen you processed in their customer portal and will also be able to grab the shipping labels from their history as well.
