How to create carrier portals

 

You can create a separate portal for your user defined carriers so they can update the tracking status of your shipments.

*note* User Defined carriers are carrier who are not connected via API

 

From settings, go into Carrier Manager and edit the user defined carrier.

 

 

Then select “Manage Carrier” link at the top left of the window.

 

 

Scroll down to the Carrier Portal Details, assign an email and password, check off Active Carrier Portal,   and select save.
