How to create carrier portals

You can create a separate portal for your user defined carriers so they can update the tracking status of your shipments.

*note* User Defined carriers are carrier who are not connected via API

From settings, go into Carrier Manager and edit the user defined carrier.

Then select the “Manage Carrier” tab at the top left of the screen.

Scroll down to the Carrier Portal details, enable Activate Carrier Portal, assign an email and password, then click Save.
