How to create return labels

There are a couple ways to create return labels along with your shipping labels.

• Click on the Ship From Form. Then check off “Include Parcel Return Label” at the bottom of the form.

• You can also generate a return label after you process your shipment on the Shipment Details page by clicking the “Generate Return Label” button at the top of the page. You can get to the shipment details page by searching for the shipment from History.

You can also create return labels only without the shipping label. After entering all the shipment details from the Ship page, select your parcel carrier and check off “Only create return labels”, then process your shipment.
