You can incorporate insurance into shipments via the Additional Details tab.

Select additional details -> Scroll down and select additional information -> Carrier insurance amount

If shipping FTL or LTL, the insurance amount will populate on the BOL. It will not show on parcel documents.

Note: Carriers differ in how they provide insurance-related information. Some do not return rates or fees for insurance through their APIs, and the terms of insurance policies can vary between carriers. It is the responsibility of the shipper to review and fully understand the insurance provisions offered by the selected carrier to ensure proper coverage for their shipments.
