The FreightPOP Dashboard is accessible by clicking the Dashboard button at the top of the user’s screen, which opens a side modal.

The Location dropdown displays all warehouses or Ship From defaults assigned to the user. The transaction summary updates based on the selected location.

Each page includes a Dashboard tab on the left side. Selecting this tab opens the Dashboard overlay.

Keep in mind that the numbers shown on the dashboard may differ from what appears in the transaction list. This is due to user permissions, which may limit access to certain transactions.

Processed Shipments

Clicking the totals under this item will display the processed shipments. Users can choose to view data for either today or yesterday.

Once the list is open, the detail view for any shipment can be accessed by selecting the Clicking the totals under this item will display the processed shipments. Users can choose to view data for either today or yesterday.

Saved Shipments

For shipments that have been saved but not processed or shipped, a user can see both the total and the individual shipments. Currently, only unresolved shipments from the past 10 days are displayed.

  • If the shipment is saved because it's waiting for the ITN number, the ITN Number field will have the status from CBP.

  • If the user has auto dispatch turned on and there are errors, they will be displayed in the errors field.

Once the view is opened, any Shipment’s Detail view can be seen by selecting the View button.

Pending Spot Quotes

This line will allow a user to see how many spot quotes they’ve requested that haven’t yet been responded to. Currently, only spot quote requests from the past 10 days are displayed.

Once the view is opened any Shipment’s Detail view can be seen by selected the View button.

Anyone who uses spot quotes is recommended to use this view to help manage them.

Pickups Scheduled

This will contain all shipments that have a pickup scheduled and the pickup was today or in the future.

Orders Shipped Today / Yesterday

After processing, once the shipment has been scheduled for pickup and retrieved, it will now fall into this category.

Open Orders

Orders that have been created, but not yet finalized, processed, or shipped are cataloged here. This view will display ALL open orders regardless of Create Date. The dashboard will only show orders that are available on the Orders screen.

Orders For Pickup

Orders that have been shipped and include a pickup date will appear here. Report defaults to next day pickup or beyond.

If multiple orders are consolidated into one shipment, each order will be listed out in the grid.

Auto Dispatching Errors

When auto dispatching is enabled on an account, this section provides details to help troubleshoot issues with the related services. If any shipments fail to process during the shipping or dispatching steps—due to missing information or other errors—they will appear in a list along with the reasons for the failure.
