Returns Tracking Tab

This feature can be accessed by navigating to the Track tab → In Transit sub-tab and selecting the Return Shipments button. The Return Shipment tracking tab allows you to track all your return shipments in one place. Anytime you create a return label for a parcel shipment, it will appear here.

The Return Shipments tracking feature is designed for:

The tool offers a centralized view of all returns, allowing users to track statuses, prepare for incoming items, update customers, and streamline operations. Selecting this option will highlight the button in navy blue.
