Message: The custom confirmation email message entered here will replace the standard message sent by the app when shipping. If left blank, the default app message will be used (see image on the right).
Set Ship To Email as Confirmation Email: Prefills the "Send Confirmation Email To" field on the Quote/Ship page. This can be manually updated before sending.
Do Not Include Carrier Rating on Confirmation Email: Excludes the user's own carrier rating from the confirmation email.
Default Email Notification Once Carrier Provides Tracking: Delays sending the confirmation email until the carrier provides a tracking number (if not immediately available).
Default Notification Upon Delivery: Sends a second email notifying the recipient once the shipment has been delivered.
Show Contact for Questions: Displays a contact email and phone number in the confirmation email, pulled from the Company Details section on the Company page.
Include Shipment Details: Enabled by default. When toggled on, shipment details will be included in the confirmation email.
Include Product Details: Enabled by default. When toggled on, product details will be included in the confirmation email.
Do Not Include Ship From Address on Confirmation Email: When toggled on, the Ship From Address will not be included anywhere on the confirmation email. This can be helpful when dropshipping or if you do not want the email recipient to know the true ship from location.

The message added will default on the BOL/Shipping Labels email body sent by App.
Pickup Request Email Settings
Choose which email template is sent to carriers when scheduling a pickup. By default, carriers receive a detailed email with all shipment information. You can also select a summarized version that includes only essential details.
