The WMS History page provides a complete view of all posted (completed) warehouse transactions, including Receipts, Picking, Adjustments, and Bin Transfers. This page offers read-only visibility into finalized warehouse activity.

Filter Transactions

Use the filters on the right to search by:

  • Date range (From Date is required)

  • Transaction Type (Receipts, Picking, Adjustments, All)

  • Order Number or Transaction ID

  • Warehouse (select from available WMS warehouses)

Filters help users quickly narrow down history to exactly what’s needed.

Posted Transactions Only

Only posted (completed) transactions are shown in WMS History. Drafts, in-progress, or unposted activity is excluded, keeping the history clean and final.

View Transaction Details

For Picking and Receipt transactions:

  • A “View Transaction” button appears

  • Opens in a read-only tab — no edits allowed

Great for auditing or reviewing what was shipped or received.

Item-Level Detail for Adjustments and Bin Transfers

  • Each item in an Adjustment or Bin Transfer appears as a separate row.

  • Bin Transfers are labeled clearly in the Notes column as “Bin Transfer”

This provides clarity for inventory movement and corrections.

Customize Your Grid

Click the ellipsis menu (…) above the grid to:

  • Edit Table Columns: Toggle columns on/off, drag to reorder

  • Export Full Table: Download the current grid view as an Excel file

Custom grid layouts are saved per user.
