Date Change Alerts Emails are automated notifications sent to users when a shipment's estimated delivery date or pickup date is updated. These alerts help keep shippers, consignees, and other stakeholders informed about changes that may impact logistics planning.
Users can choose which fields to include and specify email recipients for updates. An email is sent every 3 hours with all shipments that have updated dates.
An email is triggered when a shipment's estimated delivery date or pickup date is updated. The system checks for these changes every 3 hours and sends an email if any shipments have updated dates.
When a user receives the email, it includes details on all shipments with updated dates showing a column with the Old Date and the New Date, ensuring that shippers, consignees, and other stakeholders stay informed of any schedule adjustments.
Status Without Change: This setting allows you to define rules to send alerts when the status of a shipment does not change within a specified period.
These alerts will notify a user when the shipment has been in the same status for the amount of days configured in this page.
Users can choose which statuses to receive alerts for, and configure the amount of days without a status change required for the alert to be sent out. The email is triggered after that amount of days has passed. A shipment will be only be included in the Status Without Change alert for 7 days. After that, it will no longer be included or trigger an alert, even if the status remains the same.
