If a customer is receving error message "Error:User does not have access to the specified tool." when attempting to process a shipment take the following steps to resolve.

1.Have the customer log into their R&L online account. ( http://www2.rlcarriers.com )

2.Go to the Resource Tab

3. Scroll down and click API Sign up

4. Have the customer fill out the required information and click submit

5. The following page will be the B2B API tools. All options must be activated
