Performing A Browser Hard Reload


There may be times when updates are released and clearing cache alone will not allow for the updates to take. Performing a hard reload in your browser can resolve this.


  • In FreightPOP, click F12 on your keyboard or click the three dots in the Google Browser and select More Tools-->Developer Tools
  • Disregard the debugger window that comes up.
  • RIGHT click on your browser refresh button.
  • Select Empty Cache and Hard Reload.

  • Close the debugger window.

  • Once the debugger window is closed the page will refresh itself and you can proceed.
