  • This error indicates that there is an issue with the FedEx account. Unfortunately, FreightPOP would be unable to deduce what that specific issue with the account may be. 
    • It can be triggered for various reasons relating to your FedEx account. A few common reasons can be a passed due invoice or the account is not authorized for third party/collect billing.
