When rate shopping or processing a shipment, you may encounter this error, "(Carrier Name): Due to a rule set, this can not be processed because the weight of the shipment exceeds xxxxx lbs
This error can occur when the carrier has a restricted weight limit applied in SettingsàCarrier ManagementàEdit. The weight can vary by account and can be edited to fit the specific account tariff. The total shipment weight would need to be less than the weight entered in this section to receive a rate from the specified carrier.
