Unable to send the docs to printer connector

If you receive the error message:
Error occurred for one or more documents on printer connector:

1: Unable to send the docs to printer connector. Please contact support@freightpop.com

  • First, an admin account will need to verify the admin settings for labels in the company page. An admin user can display the company settings by clicking on "Company" from the drop down menu after clicking the "Settings" icon.
  • Next, select the "Documents & Labels" sub-tab.
  • From there, take note on which settings are enabled for "Parcel Label Printing". This will need to match the settings for the specific user in their own user account.
  • Once in User Profile, please cross-reference what is enabled in the Admin settings and what is enabled in the printer preferences.



  • Once the Printer settings are aligned between the user account and admin settings, the error will be resolved.
