Sorry!! It seems that your admin did not give you access to this window or your plan does not include this feature. Please contact your admin.

 


 

  1. Let’s start by reaching out to your admin to adjust your visibility access.
    Let them know your user email that is used to log in and which screen you were trying to view. FreightPOP support is not permitted to make admin level changes without the approval of a system administrator.

    If you do not know who your system admin is, please contact support@freightpop.com.

     
  2. Admin Instructions – First you will need to log in to app.freightpop.com
    Second, select the settings icon

    Next, you will select “User Manager” from the drop down menu.

    Once that page has loaded, identify which user you would like to select.  Once selected, click “Edit” beside the user’s email address.

    After selecting “Edit” the edit user form should pop up on your screen.  From there we will want to adjust the “Screens” the user has enabled.

     Lastly, select the screens you would like the user to have access to, or the ones they were unable to view. Once selected, click save.
